English. March the 24th, 2020. 2nd, 6th and 3rd grades.

Get ready for a new day!!

2nd grade:
Watch this video. It is about likes and dislikes of different characters:

I hope you liked it!
Now, please, do the following activity: What do they say?

You only need to say if the character likes or doesn't like something, based on what you have seen in the video.

6th grade:
In your EVA, you are going to check the grammar point found in section 4, unit 3: "Going shopping", on the page called: "is there any...?". Read the grammar point, and ask me if you have any questions. Plase, ask me as well, if you have any doubts for countable and uncountable noums, we will need those very clear for next sesion.

Is it crystal clear?

After reading it, you are going to select "a" or "an" for the following words: "a" or "an".
If you had any problems with countable or uncountable nouns yesterday, it's a good option that you repeat the exercise from yesterday.

3rd grade:
We have been working on "there is" and "there are" sentences, for the last few sesions. Today, we are going to move forwards, to the negative.

If you want to express that something singular is not where it was meant to be, you should say: "There isn't" or "there is not". If that something is plural, you should say: "There aren't" or "there are not".

There is and there isn't for 1 animal, object or person.
There are or there aren't for more than one person, animal or object.

This video will make it clear for you!

After watching it, please, do the following exercise to practice There is, there isn't, there are or there aren't.

That's all for today!!
Have a great Tuesday!!
