We are now speaking abou the "s" that we need when we speak about third person (he, she, it, one name, one, thing, one animal). To practice, we are going to do the following activity: Choose the correct option
Be careful! 17 and 24 are NOT third person, those do not need "s".
Let me know how it goes!
5th grade students, please open your EVA, in the section 3, unit 3: "at the school canteen" in the page called: "What food do you like?". We have already been working on this page before. So, today we review the grammar point for: "talking about preferences". Please, look at the table and observe the different ways to express preferences. Make sure you review the 3rd person: he, she, it, one name, one animal or one thing; adding "-s", "-es" or "-ies" in affiemative and "doesn't" in negative. We worked it a lot in class....
So, please, let me know any questions you may have, we will need this very clear for the following sesions.
Then you are going to do exercises: 7, 8 and 9. Exercise 7 is a listening, 8 and 9 are comprehension questions.
