English. April the 1st, 2020. 1st, 4th, 3rd and 5th grades.

Today is the 1st day of April!

Well, we should start!


1st grade:
We are going to review what we were looking at last week: what wild animals can do: roar, fly, jump, clim and swim. So please, do the following activity.

As extra activity you can colour the following page, with extended vocabulary.Link and colour the animals

4th grade:
You are going to read about Anna's routine. And then, you are going to answer the questions.  Make sure you provide LONG answers, for example:

Anna wakes up at 10 am.

After she brushes her teeth she goes to school.

At school Anna plays computer games.

Those are CORRECT answers.
(By the way, do not copy them, I invented them)

Examples of INCORRECT answers could be: yes, no, at 5am, talks to her parents... those are NOT correct, they are too short.

One more thing!!! Remember to put the "s" in the verbs, as you are speaking about a girl, "she".

3rd grade:
Well, students for 3rd grade, are you ready to carry on? We continue with what we started to work yesterday, so let's go for it!
How many things are there in the city?

Remember: There is and there are.

5th grade:
If you did all the review worksheets that I placed to you, for sure you are not going to have any problem with the following exercise. Open your EVA in section 3, unit 3: "at the school canteen", in the page: "What food do you like". There, we are going to do the exercise 10. It's a short writing, 1st about you, then about a friend or a family member.
Be careful with the verbs! When talking about you, you do not need to apply any changes, but, when talking about the third person (a friend, your mum, your brother...) you need to add "s", "es" or "ies" as well as use "does" or "doesn't".
It's very easy to make mistakes, if we are not focussed!
