English. March the 26th, 2020. Infant Education, 2nd, 6th and 1st grades.

Good morning lovely students!!

Today is a busy day!

Infant Education:
This activity is to review colours in English, with an audio to link to images.
colours and its sound

As I know these students are very interested in dinosaurs, here I leave some activities to do about them:

We start with a song in which we review numbers and we learn some dinosaurus names.

Here I bring a test about dinosaurs! Let's see if you can find out what colour are my own dinosaurs!! My own dinosaurs collection!

After that activity, you can check this presentation, which shown my very own dinosaurs collection, enjoy it!

I leave as well this game... you need to join the dinosaurs sketeton!
Dinosaur Skeleton

Make sure you spend some time in this webside, as you can find plenty of interesting activities, videos...

To end this session, let's move our own skeletons as dinosaurs!

2nd grade:
To start 2nd grade, you are going to watch this video:

Then you can check your writing skills with the following activity!

6th grade:
We are going to keep working on the grammar point that we started in the last session (quick reminder: grammar point found in section 4, unit 3: "Going shopping", on the page called: "is there any...?").  Today, we are going to focus on how to use "some" and how to use "any". As you have read in your EVA, "some" is used for positive sentences with plural countable, and uncountable nauns (so, "some" is never used for singular nouns), and "any" for negative and questions.
You can use a number instead of "some" if you know the exact quantity of items you need, have, want... For example:
- There are some biscuits. (we do not know the exact quantity)
- There are three biscuits. (we know the exact quantity)

The following video will help you to understand those aspects.

I leave here a worksheet for you to complete and practice.

If you don't know who Garfield is, this is a good moment to meet him!

1st grade:
We were speaking about wild animals in the past sessions. Today, we are going to check some of the things they can do: climb, roar, run, swim, fly and jump. First, have a look at this presentation, which shows animals doing what they like: Wild animals activities!

After that, you can do this linking activity. Lest's see if you can!!

Although these activities, remember that there is nothing impossible...

Keep your eyes open for other animals doing what they are not meant to do, and they are truly able to do!

As you all know, contact me for anything you need!
