Hey, you! Please, open your EVA, section 3, unit 3: "at school canteen", on the page: ""What food do you like?". Once there, please read the grammar point: "quantifying food". We are going to work in countable and uncountable nouns.
countable nouns: can be counted, for example: one apple, two apples, three apples... bananas, cars, houses, trees, pens...
uncountable nouns: those can't be counted: water, milk, chocolate... To count them, we use: a carton of milk, two cartons of milk; a bar of chocolate, two bars of chocolate, a bottle of water, two bottles of water...
